Do you want to be resilient?

What is Resiliency? What is being resilient? How can coaching help? Resiliency is much more than bouncing back! Indeed, sometimes you may not want to bounce back and it could even be just the wrong thing to do! Being able to hold onto yourself, the real you, not to let go of your power but stand in it - those are deeper meanings we found as we chatted. We'll certainly be helping our clients to use them.
